This new system will allow for negotiations to take place between GiftCardBin and the consumer. For instance, someone can attempt to sell a gift card to GiftCardBin and GiftCardBin will make an offer on that gift card. If the user agrees, they will accept the offer and the transaction is complete. If the user is not happy with the price, they have the ability to try and bargain for a higher price by clicking on a link, “Not happy with the price”? The user will have the ability to enter an amount which they feel is fair. If GiftCardBin does not accept the users offer, the user will receive an email with what GiftCardBin believes is fair value based on popularity of the merchant and market trends.
